help with facebook privacy settings?

I realized today that after Facebook changed its privacy setting in December you can now see whenever i comment on anyone's status, picture, etc. and wanted to know if anyone knew about to adjust these settings so they're not visible to friends

Sadly, Facebook has taken away News Feed Privacy settings. The only changes you can make to the News Feed is whether or not to see certain things, like hiding certain people from showing up in the feed (those people that update their status every couple of minutes) or hide application updates (like farmville).
