How to ask poll question in new timeline?

The ''ask question'' where you can put poll options is gone from my homepage. What happened to it? Will facebook bring it back? How do I get it again? Is it the same with you?

When writing new status, click on more.. Then select Questions.
These are the poll options questions.

Unfortunately Facebook has disabled the ability to ask questions from your wall/newsfeed. You can now only ask questions in groups or on "Pages."

I have no idea why the change was made but that is how it is. I think it is dumb as asking questions of all the people that see you on their newsfeed is a great tool.
