Apps like fbanners.com they are live but all other apps for facebook banners are being banned by facebook

I think all apps need to be banned until they stopped requesting access to everything on your FB site as that is NOT needed for them to work. Gives them to much information and some have been nothing but a security headache. You want banner makers?
