How do you get the popups off facebook?

They are on the site every time I'm on! They're rectangle ads that are at the top left side of the page. They make it where I can't see some things on the page. How do I get rid of it?

I use facebook and do not see what you see at all. I wonder if it is a result of using Internet Explorer, as I use Firefox. Although I just tried Internet Explorer and did not get any ads, like you say.

If it is a pop up actual browser window then you can block those. But in this case it sounds like it is something that is part of the web page itself. Not much you can do about that.

I wonder if you have some sort of spyware and/or bad program on your system. http://securitytango.com/tango.php
