Christians- Facebook group didnt help ministry work?
I started a group and offered prayer etc... Nothing but posts with no real advice then later spam selling things...is Facebook useless for having people contact you?

If you require a social site on the internet in order for your ministry to work, you might want to question whether or not your ministry deserves to exist to begin with. Perhaps instead you should consider actual, gainful, productive employment instead of dodging taxes? Just a thought. No offense meant.

Facebook is for people who know who they're looking for, not a place to be found by strangers.

It's tough playing Words With Friends using just words from the bible.

I've found it very useful for ministry work. I stick mostly to penpal, swapper and ladies groups though and some for depression, health issues, etc. I also put Bible topic posts and links on my wall so contacts can see them along with my email. I've started many studies and discussions there.
I've only had trouble with spam once. Debbie |
