i can't comment on web pages, or send friend request, or message people, that are offline. but i can only message ppl that are online, whats happen help me

You are blocked probably because you were doing too many friend requests, and the friends are usually friends that you do not know in person, or that well. This happened to me at the beginning of the year, but I was only blocked for 14 days. You will still get friend requests from other people, but you cannot request friends.
