Well, because I'm just that awesome, I would create a new account, and message all my friends that I am creating a new account. Then transfer all my pictures and crap, then go onto the old account and just delete it. HTH

First of all, the things you "liked" are called pages, and not groups. Being said that, although there's no way to remove yourself from all the pages with one single action, this guide will show you the most comfortable way to unlike multiple Facebook pages:
