No. facebook at this time does not allow those kinds of apps.

No there's no way of knowing if you see advertisement saying they can show you it's spam or a scam

No. And there doesn't need to be either! The stuff you put in your profile is for the benefit of everyone you allow to see it!!
If you don't want someone to look at something then block there settings or don't put it on in the first place! Think of it the other way round. Would you like it if people could see you have been on there profile? |
