Can all of your Facebook friends see your privacy settings?

I blocked one of my FB friends from seeing my posts (statuses, pictures, ect) and there is a little lock icon next to the things I post. And if you hover over it, it says that he can't see the posts. Can everyone see this lock icon, or just me?

Don't worry, unless you tell someone, or someone hacks into your account and sees the privacy settings for it, nobody will know !
