Need help about this guy?

This guy and I went on a few dates over the summer, he suggested we get together but never made plans to follow up (and neither did I because I had initiated most things). I wrote him off, and saw him at a party last weekend. He was a little rude, asking me if I wanted to make out and commenting on my butt, so I left it and he was off flirting with other girls the rest of the evening. He invited me to a fundraiser for his football team this weekend on facebook; he didn't make the group, it wasn't a mass invite and I have other friends that didn't invite me but he did. Do you think it was a mistake? Is he looking to hook up? I can't go, should I tell him I can take a raincheck or what?

Hint one: you initiated most things
Hint two: he sees you and just wants to hook up at a party, and then after you leave he starts flirting with other girls to see what he can get.

Don't waste your time with him. If you're still not over this guy, don't even bother replying. You don't owe him an explanation as to why you can't go. If he writes you again asking if you're coming just say "Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it. I have other things going on." You don't even have to say "Sorry I can't make it" Don't apologize lol. And just leave it at that.
