Is there a way that i can delete all the facebook groups that I have joined?

Over the recent months I have added a ridiculous amount of groups and i just wondered whether there was a quick way of deleting them all, 'unliking' them all or 'unbecoming' a fan .....

Yes there is, look on your page in the left* corner it should say Remove from group (or something like that )
* as you're looking at the screen it is on your left

Home page ---> At the left column you will find "Groups" Click then click "x" to remove connection.

Go to your profile and click the Info tab. Under Likes and Interests, click Edit, then scroll down and click Show Other Pages, and it should list groups/pages you're in/you liked. Next to the pages should be buttons that say Remove Page. Hope that's what you were looking for.

First of all, the things you can "like" are not groups but pages.
