Facebook isn't working?

My current profile is all unorganized, it doesn't let me press any buttons except 'home' and my actual profile, and it will not upload any pictures. I've tried refreshing, restarting my computer, fixing facebook settings, and it still does not work. I have no other problems with any other website, they all work fine. I just want to make a new account and delete the one I have. Whenever I try to deactivate my account, I do everything it tells me to but I keep getting the same message that doesn't allow me to saying I need to select a reason and give a reason if I chose 'other', when I do. It keeps coming up everytime I try, and I am choosing an option.
Sorry this is so long, it's just pissing me off and I just want to deactivate my account. Is there any way to fix this? Thank you in advance.

When you are deactivating just don't pick the "other" option. Pick a different option like "Bored of Facebook"; when you pick the "other" option it asks you to specify why you are deactivating. If that doesn't work you could just create another account with a different email and put the same name without deleting your old account.
