Can you hide your friendslist on the new facebook profile layout?

Ok, I upgraded to the new facebook profile, and my old one I had my friendlist hidden, (I don't want some of my family seeing) That kinda thing. Can you hide your friends list on the new one?? I can't find it, I couldn't find the option to like the other had... Please help.

That's because you can't. Facebook believes all 'network' modules, which includes the friends list, should be public information so that a person knows upon adding you who you are connected to, since the "friend of a friend" privacy settings can expose information to them.

This is one of the reason's it's a good idea not to jump on something new right away.

Go to 'Privacy Settings', on the top there should be 'Connecting to Facebook', click on 'view settings'
and change 'see your friend list' to 'only me'
