I installed pagerage to my Facebook and the tool bar and now these ads are all over it and they wont go away!?

I uninstalled the ragepage toolbar and removed the download from my programfiles, but when i get on facebook all these ads come up such as progressive insurance and university of phoenix? I dont know how to remove it, any help would be great! (I'm not sure if i took it off completely, so if thats the case, could you tell me how?)

I think Pagerage is awesome and I've never had any problems with them. But I supposed you could contact their tech support folks if you're having issues.
