How come my facebook privacy settings aren't taking effect?

As you can see, everyone is supposed to be able to see my About Me section, bio, birthday, and all that stuff. Yet I click Preview My Profile... and everything is completely blank: http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj59/...pture2.png
