How to change Facebook friends list visibility?

I just changed to the "new" Facebook. On my old profile let me choose who I want to see my friends list. On the new one it has the option to make a "featured relationships list" I've seen on other peoples profiles they have their entire friends list hidden and the only friends visible are the featured relationships one. Does anyone know how to do it????

i thought you could only do the hidden friends list with old facebook. at least i did with mine. i asked my friend and she says its still hidden on new facebook but sorry, i dont know how to do it with the new facebook
