Can people see I've viewed their Facebook?
I was looking at a friend of a friend Facebook on the week. Their timeline post and pics were open. But no comment/like function.
I went on their today and they've closed most of their pics and timeline post.
Can they see I've their profile.
So they made it more private

No they can't. On Facebook you can see anyone's profile without their knowledge. Other person never come to know that you have seen his/her profile.

And for some other reason they have made their profile private and not because of you.

So don't worry.

no,they can't,if you post, poke,or like something,it will go to their nonifications,so you are not a friend of that person and they made it private for non-friends.

Facebook's coding library doesn't have any kind of profile monitoring function. So even if any app promises to do that.. they are all faking it!!

No they can't because FB does NOT provide that facility.

As regards the rest of your question that is just pure coincidence.

People change their Privacy Settings all the time.
