Facebook not allowing video app?

Facebook not allowing video app?
I'm trying to upload videos to facebook, but when I click add video, it says that I must add video to my apps. So when I click to install the app, it says an error has occurred and to try again later. This has been happening for a few weeks now, what's going wrong?

You should try upload a video with another browser.Or reinstall your browser.
You should check your extensions too. http://abrax.us/Facebook/RemoveExtension.php
