Can I delete or at least hide my old posts on Facebook Timeline?

Yes it is very easy, go to the post and mouse over on the left side of the post, you will see the delete option.

Yes, just run your cursor over the post, near the top right side of it . You'll get a box with "Edit / .delete" options. Click on Delete Post, and they will go away.

Yes you can, you may delete or hide each post one by one, or you can hide all at once.

To hide all of your old Facebook posts at once: go to the arrow button next to home (top right) than -> Privacy Settings -> Scroll down to “Limit the Audience for Past Posts” -> and select “Limit Old Posts”.

Like that you can hide all of these in one shot

you can hide and delete things but as people tell children you can delete any thing you put on facebook but when you get a job the will look through what you've put on even if you've deleted it they'll find it!

If you move your mouse to the right of your post, there will be a cross (x) which you can't see unless you hover over it. It will be parallel to you post so it is easy to find and then you click it and a pop up will say "Are you sure you want to delete this post" or something like that, and you click delete!
