How can I fix Facebook app?

So when I signed up from my phone, there was an option if facebook would like to have access to my pictures. I accidentally hit "no". Now no matter what, I am locked and can no longer upload pictures or videos from my phone. Facebook told me to go to my privacy settings to fix it, however there is no option that I see that can fix my problem.
I also deleted the app and reinstalled it but that didn't help either.
I don't know what to do. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Logon to Facebook and go to Settings -> Privacy -> Photos
You can change it there.
