Someone stole my facebook profile picture?

I just found some guy on facebook that's using my profile picture.. He has even put the same first name. He posts idiotic stuff there. I reported him to Facebook and facebook asked me to give them my phone number so I did and then it says "You should receive a text at *my number* with your confirmation code soon" and It's been like 20 minutes and I still didn't get a text.. Is there any other way to delete that profile?

You put it on the internet. You are supposed to have rights to it, but how is the government going to stop 20 million ppl in the US alone from doing it. If you dont want other ppl to see it or to copy, or to take, DON'T PUT IT ON THE INTERNET!

Keep reporting him. And get others to report him too, that will help.
