How do I post an article and upload a video to my friends wall on facebook?

I am trying to post an article on facebook to someone's wall or upload and post a video to someone's wall by using my phone. Which is a iPhone 4S and i have the IOS 6. I want to just post what I just said to one persons wall only not the public how do I do this by mobile?

Hey, it is very easy that same you. Such as when a post or article on your wall same process follow to post video and article on others wall. But if you are not a friend where you want to post , you cannot do that. Must be a friend whose wall use to post.
