How do you remove the friends toolbar off your facebook profile?

Some of my friends on facebook have their page set up so that on their profile, on the left sidebar, it only shows the person they're in a relationship, and not the list of their friends. How do you do that?

on your profile, when you look at were it says friends and the number you have, to the right there it says edi blah blah blah, there you can add family, and relation ship.
