How do you work the privacy setting on Facebook?

The thing is I want to limit the people I share my photos with, but I don't want to delete them off my account. There are over a hundred of people so it's going to take a long time if I type everyone's name in the customizing place. What I did was I created a list of people I would like to have restriction on, but I don't know if there's a way of just blocking people from the list instead of adding everyone's name.

In the box where you'd type all of the individual names, just type the name of the list. It will automatically 'block' all of the people on it.
