Facebook Friend Request?

I'll make it short
Ok, i know the person, they just got facebook, i was adding them, i kept cancelling the friend request and resending (just to troll them) and now facebook says some shit about harassment and i cant send the request. I can send requests to others fine just that person.

Will i be able to resend a friend request eventually?
if so how long?
Can someone ANSWER the question?
I know about the freaking terms and conditions, i think about the terms and condition all the time, to me it's like lol thats funny ima keep going. Anyway can someone answer the actual question.
WILL I BE ABLE TO SEND THAT PARTICULAR PERSON A FRIEND REQUEST EVER???

Its ok but you will need to follow Facebook Terms and conditions. I have noticed many Facebook users got limitation for this so i would like to recommend you to be careful.

Wait a While and Than Try Again Becareful When Sending it If The Person Does Not approve it a Few Times Facebook Will Say Do you Know this Person ? And They may Block you From Sending the Request
