Any other sites have ad servers like Facebook.com?

Facebook.com has an extensive ad server, where you can place ads of all sorts.

Are there any other websites that have private ad servers that allow the users to place ads for small budgets?

Also, what do other websites do? Do they just use Google Adsense? How does this work (is this what myspace does?)
