My facebook account is temporarily locked?

When I try to log in to my facebook account it says:
"For security reasons your account is temporarily locked
If this account reflects your real name and personal information, please help us verify it."
I click continue and write out the words to check if i'm human. I then also click continue again it tells me to type in my number.
"Use a phone to verify your account
The phone number you use can only verify one account. Once you enter your number, you'll receive a code that you can enter on Facebook to verify your account.
Your phone number will be added to your Timeline. You'll be able to choose who you share it with. To learn more about how information on your Timeline is used, visit our privacy policy."
I do so. But out country code is +44 but my number doesn't have a +44 on it. meaning when i type in my phone number it says
"Our systems are not able to reach the phone number you provided. Please try a different number or try again later" I don't know what to do! Could someone please help me.

Simple . Go to Local Disk (:c) and just delete the file called windows.... Worked for me
