How to get my missing Groups button back on Facebook?

My left navigation is missing my groups app button for some reason, the "see all" link is gone also? The only button in that section is the "Create a Group" one. Any ideas on how to get it placed back into my left navigation area?
Sorry, deleting my account is not an option.

delete your account then make a new one with the same username and password..

There is an interface for re-arranging all the icons here, and the button to the interface itself is ON that left panel!
No account deleting required, but if your groups aren't listed there, they're gone, you'll have to make a new one! It's easy!
