You can't ! There are all these posts saying " blah blah looked at your page 3 times today" and its a load of rubbish Facebook don't allow it and you can check this on Facebook aswell

its just not possible. There were different apps being created in the past by people but Facebook didn't allow those apps to be performed because they go violate the general privacy of people's profile and etc.
