How has some one i don't have as a friend on facebook liked my status?

I had them as a friend a while back but removed them and there not subcribed to me either. Does anybody have any idea, i cant find an answer any were.

I am guessing that you have your privacy set to Friends of Friends.

your profile setting is probably on public which means anyone can view your profile and everything you post

the privacy settings you think are private arent actually as private as you think

It's your privacy settings. Its either on 1. public, which means anyone can view or on 2. friends' of friends, which means anyone who is friends with your friend on facebook can see them.
To change this :
1)click on the down arrow next to 'Home' on the top right corner,
2)then go on Privacy Settings.
3)Select the 'Friends' button. Or if you like you can do custom and decide who gets to see what.

Your post settings are not restricted to your friends only, and the person you un-friended recently, found your post somewhere, may be through a common friend and liked it.
