Re upload it. There's no way of putting it back. Unless you deleted the pic from your computer/phone too, I doubt you'll have a problem uploading it.

You deleted your picture. A way to get more likes is to add it to a new album because then it was show up big on your newsfeed. Another way is to ask your friends to like it (which is desperate.) Don't worry about it. People won't judge you on how many likes you get on a picture...
