I've uploaded a video for a contest and I have to make my video "public" but the only options I have are "friends" "friends of friends" "only me" and "custom". How do I make it public?

I do not believe that is possible. They wouldn't want people advertising there products or websites and spamming links all over facebook to the public.

after you type your status... there is a little icon that says: Friends (next to post)
click on that and you'll see: Friends of friends
Friends
Friends except acquaintances
only me
custom...
ect.
click on friends of friends and almost everybody can see your status. You can't let the entire world see unless your friends are friends with them... that is the furthest you can probably go

i hope this helped!! Good luckk Smile

Click on the small upside-down triangle at the top right corner> Click privacy settings>Then under the 'control your default privacy, click 'Public'

Then refresh the page to save the settings Smile)

it depends on your age - you have to be at least 18 to make something fully public

If you're using a desktop computer or computer on your desk, you could simply put your mouse on the message in which you posted online, not messages you are about to post.

If you don't get what i mean, lets say i put online "Hi, my name is D." And you didn't see my message, because it wasn't public.

Put your mouse next to the sentence, and there should be a small arrow looking thing on the top right or top left somewhere, NOT OUTSIDE THE MESSAGE, but somewhere close around there, and if you click the tiny arrow, it should change you to public or private, and custom, which means that you could control it in whatever way you want
