I made a twitter account that tweets ways to annoy people. But I need followers. How do I get noticed and get followers?

by making yourself get noticed. tweeting @ people, participating in trending topics. follow for follow (not only obviously gives you followers, but if people see lots of people following you, they are likely to be intrigued as we're all sheep lol. and more chance of getting reposted). advertising yourself on other sites. just simple being noticeable.

Keep tweeting. Use hashtags like #bored put some pictures. Don't be boring. Tweeting is not like writing an essay. Tweeting is fun. Just tweet whatever pops up in your mind. Be funny. Use some emotion. Don't be mean or too serious. Follow your followers. You could tell your friends to follow you on twitter. If your friends don't have a twitter, tell to to create a twitter and follow you because it's fun. Tell other people to follow you. Post a profile picture of yourself. Don't use other pictures. People want to see and know who you are. Tweets are random. Be random. Like...if your making cupakes, you could take a pic of cupcakes and post it on twitter. Be sure to use hashtags. Follow other people. Complete your profile. Just have fun. If you have internet on your phone, go on twitter on your phone and tweet. Listen to others tweets. Reply to tweets or tell other people to RT (retweet) you. If you followed a person. You could say...."I saw my sister dancing downstairs and she's dancing to @ladygaga music." Sorry. Use hashtags. People will look up who typed certain hashtags, and they might see your tweet and like it and so they follow you!
Follow other people. Some people follow you if you follow them, and some people just like being friends with people.
Look up the hashtag #rtforashoutout or #retweetforashoutout and retweet those posts! People will give you shoutouts.
Retweet people's tweets and they'll think your nice and want to follow you.
