How do I upload a new facebook profile pic?

I had a profile pic on one of my Facebook fan pages...then I wanted to update it. So I went to upload a new pic...but Facebook just seems to hang...and not do anything.
I have done the standard steps...its pretty simple.

My problem is that facebook just sits there thinking...it locks up and does nothing.

I have tried several times and even found several other people who have posted the same issue on web forums.

Go on to your profile and then hover your mouse over the top right of your picture a pencil should appear click on it ... it will ask your if you want to upload or take a picture click on your option and follow the instructions xx

click on your profile picture, then click on (change picture), then choose either BROWSE if u want to put a picture that is already in your computer or choose TAKE A PICTURE
