How can i add people on facebook without getting requests banned?

I want to add alot of people and make new friends to talk to but everytime i add a few people it says ive been banned for adding people for 30 days! how can i add people without getting banned?

you cant - you arent supposed to add people you dont know - that's against the rules of facebook

if you want to meet new people, join some groups or some pages that have people with similar interests, and then talk to them in the group page and see if they are interested in being your friend before you send them a friend request
