What apps are safe on Facebook that let you answer questions about your friends?

None. All these apps can be used to gather information on people and then be used for social engineering purposes to get into your account.

I know these apps seem fun, but the more information a random person has on you, the more likely they are to be able to get into your bank account, personal email, get a credit card in your name, etc.

Just say no.
