Of course he does. Barack Obama doesn't tweet fans or anything and all he talks about is the economy or who knows what. And you can't access his account unless you want to go to jail. A few already has posted retarded tweets and they got put in jail. Justin Bieber nor does any celebrity like hackers it happened to Kim Kardashian more than once and she got really mad. Imagine how you would feel if some random stranger was on your account and can see everything you write and did I would be pissed.. the people on here only care of themselves and making fun of celebrities obviously.
