Like if my penis was all over my instagram, and I used the same email for that as I did my Facebook.... Do my Facebook friends know what my piece looks like?

It honestly depends- did you connect your Facebook account to your IG? If so then yes. People have seen your man parts.
No? Then people have not. Unless they like the picture and the people you know get a hold of your page, then they could scroll through your pictures.

K why are you taking those kinds of pictures in the first place if you don't want your FB friends to see it?

And btw the public can see your IG photos if you don't set your account to private.
