How to stop wall spam via Facebook apps?

i dont mind friends post crap to my wall THAT THEY WROTE, but i dont like all these stupid dumb apps on my wall

i am SICK of fuckin gifts that you know were not pick "just for you" and all that sh** its a nuisance and highly annoyin. and just yesterday a friend posted almost 2 damn dozen posts via quizzes.

now this is really unfair and uncalled for. just b.c they allow it does mean i want it on MY wall. i dont want it, so is there a way to block ALL of them; one at a time doesnt help--block one and another pops on, or just not allow them to post with apps??? serious issue

Go to "Application Settings" and edit them. Save changes. Hope that helps!
