Facebook Privacy: Does my name have to be visible on Facebook?
If I create a facebook account for a business, why does my real name have to be involved? How do I change it so no one can see my real name?

You can only have one name on facebook, and anyone can see it.

Instead of using an account create a Facebook page. However, your name is still visible.
