on the new timeline the people that are in da little box that says friends, It changes every so often, I heard that the ppl in there are the people that have looked at your profile most recently, Is this true?

No, it is random.

It is an active list. Your facebook friends will move up and down, depending on their activity. I have heard, too that if they appear in the box, they are looking at your page, but I'm not 100% sure.
