How to change how people see your Facebook Profile page?

Okay, so you know how sometimes when people go to your profile page on Facebook, the first thing they see is the "Info" section? Well how do you change it to the "Wall"?
Because whenever I go to people's account it usually shows the Wall section first.
Please help!
It's driving me nuts, even though it's no big deal.

Scroll over "Account " and then, click "Privacy Settings".
