What does "turturduva" mean in Swedish?
A Swedish friend commented "turturduva" on my photo on Facebook. I googled it and it says its a turtled dove...but he says that's not what it means! He won't tell me!! What does it mean? He always teases me >_<

It does mean Turtle Dove ( see Wikipedia http://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turturduva ).
But I think it means, idiomatically, lovebird(s) / someone in love. You occasionally see it as a caption of wedding photos. Ads |

Ray G is absolutely right. If you translate it directly it will read turtle dove, but the more generally accepted meaning of the translation is lovebird. So Ray, hat's off to ya
