Name Dissappeared out of blocked people on Facebook?

So me and my husband hit a rough patch about a year ago when he started getting feelings for one of my close friends. One day he told me how he was feeling and said he wanted nothing to do with her anymore, he allowed me to block her off his facebook so he had no way of contacting her unless he unblocked her himself which i would be able to tell being that if you unblock someone they must be unblocked for 48 hours, Call me a crazy, psycho stalker wife but I check it quite often to make sure he hasn't tried to unblock and contact her again. Anywho, today I realized her name had disappeared from his blocked list yet I can't find her anywhere on Facebook, I've confronted him about it and asked him if he'd unblocked her and he swears up and down he has no clue how shes no longer blocked. Now as much as I try to find her to block her page again i can't find her at all. So my question is... if she deactivated/deleted her facebook, could that possibly be the reason shes no longer existing in his blocked people? I wanna clear this up just so I have no reason to believe my husband is still interested in her or trying to talk to her again. Please don't lecture me on how I should have just left my husband or anything like that, no one is perfect, everyone makes mistakes, I just wanna make sure he doesn't continue his mistakes. Her Facebook account is deactivated. That is why you cannot see her name in your husband's account's block list or anywhere else.
