How to get loads of facebook friends?

Firstly getting loads of friends is dangerous and dumb. People just search though lists of members and invite them to their pages. The other dumb facebook members accept the invitation.

Just cause you got a lot of facebook friends, it dont mean your cool. TRUE FRIENDS ONLY MATTER not friends who appear on a website!

Because a lot of people add folks they were at school with, regardless of whether or not they talk to them. Others make friends, and some even just do random searches, and add if they have a half decent picture.

I had loads of "friends" added because I spent a few hour with them at some house party. Never talked to them, so they got zapped XD

There are plenty of Facebook groups devoted to adding new friends. Go to Facebook and in their search bar type "Add Me". You'll find quite a few groups, and you can add everyone in them!

I don't use facebook much.
I have a myspace with well-over 12,600 friends

It was all with time, random people adding you.
Going to certain sites, for more random people to add you.
Then people asking you to join their crap for more people to add you.
Also, people begging for you to promote them in exchange to be put on their site where MORE random people add you.

I did it to have people to talk to when I'm bored.
I'm hardly ever on.

In a way it was a waste of my time,
then, In another sense, I'm never really bored.

Most people have so many friends in their list because of the games they play. Many Facebook games require that you be friends with others in order to be more powerful or gain access to new things such as powerups and rare items in those games. For this purpose, Facebook users tend to add others who are playing the same games in common with themselves, thus the huge number of friends in a user's list. This can be sped up by joining various groups such as 'Add Me' groups for certain games. A member is sure to receive tons of friend requests in no time.

There are also people who will add anyone else for the sake of adding. That person may not even know who they add, but, for the sake of self-satisfaction or popularity associated with having as many friends as possible, they add other users randomly. In my opinion, it would be weird to simply add people that I do not personally know. Then again, it all depends on individual.

u can find friends from your school, town, you can add your self to groups and networks and there you can find a lot and those can find you...
