Hey My friend made a twitter account, one of them Teen Quote accounts, I keep trying to gain her followers but its pretty hard. It's hard for her to aswell as she feels all she can post is quotes so she cant tweet anyone for a follow back or anything. if theres any teenagers with a twitter account, could you just pls do me one favour a follow her? thankyou! Well, I have a quotes account too that I just started and some popular people are following me. What I do, and tell your friend this, is to follow a lot of the popular twitter quotes accounts and ask them for shoutouts and such. Most of the time, on your Twitter timeline, they will write things like 'First 50 to Retweet gets a follow back!' or things like that. Just follow and retweet.
