How can you get celebs to reply on twitter?

I have been tweeting sooo much and yet Justin Bieber still doesnt follow me and Cody and Alli Simpson still havn't replied! Is there a way that can help Increase the chance?

they don't pay attention to much on those sites. they only pay attention to whatever affects their careers so say something fucked up and start something lol.

Don't expect celebrities to follow you. And whatever you do, don't send a million "OMG PLEASE FOLLOW ME" tweets. Bigger celebrities are less likely to follow you, because they can't follow all of their fans, especially someone like Justin Bieber who gets millions of girls trying to send tweets to him every day. Focus on tweeting interesting, exciting things and getting regular followers, and if you're lucky you might attract some celebrity attention. No promises though, it's a bust world out there. If you like any less famous musicians or actors/actresses, follow them, I've talked to a couple of my favourite bands on twitter. Good luck!

9 out of 10 even there real pages are run by one of there friends or pr people i message one person on there real page there pr person said thanks for writeing

Mention them in tweets directly with the @, like @justinbeiber, and site where they were at with #, like #hollywood or #parisfashionweek using key words, etc, go to http://www.starsightings.com and see where they have been recently and tweet about the things they are doing, it makes it more beneficial to them and they may notice you helping keep them in the news, they wouldn't be famous if we didn't pay attention.
