Why are there no options for Facebook privacy?
My boss suddenly created a facebook account and started adding all of us. I was explaining to a co-worker how to use privacy settings to restrict her status and photos from the boss, but for some reason her privacy settings menu is different from mine. There's no "Edit custom settings" option like I have and no way to choose "Except these people". Any idea why? What can be done?

It is possible that your friend may not have fully e-mail verified her Facebook account yet that made other features not accessible.

I SUPPOSE this can be a sensitive issue, the boss demands you join their friends list?
You have the option of blocking. this will keep them from seeing anything about you on Facebook, not that this will trump well with your boss/employee relations. To block Click on Settings choose privacy settings scroll to bottom of screen find "block people" enter the p*gs email and he will never be allowed to contact you, see your profile. nothing. WE have to protect our privacy, don't we? Best Regards, Jer |
