I am having trouble with uploading a photo?

I have tried to upload a photo from my computer into my profile. Everytime I go to the profile page and click "change picture", I get a black box containing the facebook icon and another icon that reads "no photo". The no photo icon seems to be a grey image of the exclamation point that I am trying to change in my profile. I have followed other instructions to make my profile public but that does not seem to change anything. I can't tell if it is a system glitch but 99% of the times it is user error. So I'll take the blame on this and admit that I don't know what I am doing. Can anyone help alk me through this?

Yahoo has lost it's Upload option for some users. Until it is fixed you cannot upload a new one.
If you haven't already try uploading it through Y!A profile, but that may not work either.
Just keep trying & hopefully it will be fixed soon.

I've got the same problem and I think lots of other people do too. I think it is a system glitch.
