Ugh, the new Facebook is so aggravating. How do I make a new group on it?

First go to your Groups page:
http://www.new.facebook.com/grouphome.php

In the upper right hand corner is a silver rectangular button that says "+ Create a New Group." Click it and you're on your way to making a new Group.
